Nor-Cal IDEA, an organization comprised of the economic development interests of 20 Northern-most counties in California, decided it needed a new image and tapped Desmond McLeish, Inc. President Louis Desmond for the job. The members of the organization had seen the work Desmond had produced for Shasta County and were impressed.
